based on all the documentation I could find, it seems like DFC (admin mode) requires a machine (client or server) with Windows OS. Is that correct and the only option?

We do have our 3DX on-prem MCS'S running on Linux OS and we were hoping to be able to set up DFC as a service on one of the MCS.
