In Collaborative Space Control Center, check "Enable dependent/ready tasks automation" and test dependent tasks

1) Dependent tasks not automatically activated if a person is assigned to the task
2) If no person is assigned to the task, the dependent task is automatically activated.

Q1)
Wouldn't the dependency be automatically activated if the original person was assigned to it?
Q2)
Is there anything else I need to set aside from the above conditions?
