Hi,

in a project driven entprise like mold&tooling maker or engineering services, often the stored data: ie.e Parts, Documents, Conversation, ..., no more needed after a timeperiod behind finishing the project. Sometimes, due to security aspects, the data must be deleted. 

Over the time, a big amout of data is stored, which is unnessary. The volume are big and increase fast, especially as simulation data or manufacturing data. 

Is there any mechanismen or methodology for this kind of "housekeeping"
