Hello,
If an attribute has been defined as "Real" (or Integer) type, the default value (of this attribute when an object gets created) would be set as "0". This behaviour lead to erroneous data and companies struggle to get rid of this issue through work around.
For instance, an optional attribute for "Part" type "Operating Temperature" of "Real" type sets the value as "0" when no other values are entered. This would lead to manufacturing Parts which operates in 0° C which is not intended.
Please throw some lights on the standard way to get rid of this problem. Is it known that this behaviour is getting corrected in any future versions of Enovia?
regards,
Sudhin
