I have successfully defined some new custom attribute to enrich my issue object data model. 
Is it possible to create another custom attribute as a simple string concatenation between other attributes?

Example

Attribute 1: Issue Title 

Attribute 2: Issue Responsible Person

Attribute 3: Attribute1 + 'assigned to' + Attribute2
