How can a PDF or STEP file be created as a derived output from Creo?

The rules for derived output generation are already configured correctly within the Platform Management settings (see attached picture).

However, it is not clear how the PDF or STEP creation is triggered for Creo objects. Is this controlled through the Creo-to-3DEXPERIENCE connector, or is there an additional configuration required on the platform side?

Could you explain which mechanism is responsible for generating the derived outputs and where the corresponding configuration can be adjusted?

Within Creo, there is also a function to select the format during the save process. However, the available formats cannot currently be selected.

How is the derived format creation handled within the platform? From where does the system obtain the information that defines the available formats?

It appears that the setup is managed within the connector between Creo and 3DEXPERIENCE. Could you clarify how this configuration can be adjusted or customized
