Hi everyone,

I uploaded CAD data created with Creo 9.0.7.0 to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and I can see the files listed in the system (Bookmark).

However, I'm facing the following issue:
When I try to open the files with 3DPlay or the Markup tool, nothing is displayed — the model appears to be empty.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could be causing it?
Are there any specific steps or settings required when uploading from Creo (e.g., visualization generation, file format compatibility, etc.)?
Any known limitations when viewing Creo data in 3DPlay?
