Will it be possible to compare same milestone across multiple projects that will be created from the same project template?

Scenario:

• We will be using the same project template for all projects.
• Roles in use will be: Project Manager & Project Portfolio Manager.
• The template will already include milestones/gates.

Need:
quantitatively compare multiple projects in order to analyze milestone performance. Specifically:

• Least time that will be taken to achieve a milestone
• Maximum time that will be taken
• Average time across projects

Will such a report/analysis be generated directly within 3DEXPERIENCE, or will it require customization?
