I am the platform manager. Previously, files with missing external references could be saved to the platform. There is a setting in CAD collaboration> solidworks that controls this. I have checked to make sure that this setting "Save files referencing unlocked modified files" is turned on. It is, but we're still getting this error. We are stuck and cannot save files that are already on the platform because of missing external references.
