Dear Enovia Community, in our company we have following question: 

Is there a best practice how to collaborate with external suppliers for sharing documents via Bookmark Editor or Bookmark Workspaces (or in general)?

We have several Workshop and Manufacturing drawings which have to be shared to different suppliers.

Our current attempt was to create a Bookmark Structure for a dedicated Project / Collaborative Space with subfolders for the Drawings of a  Steel Structure ("Block")  which are manufactured by this external company.

Each subfolder for a Steel Structure should be shared with a dedicated supplier who has sole access to this folder beside the owning company / creator.

Project 0705 - Bookmark Folder

Folder For Block 61 -> Shared with Supplier 1

Folder for Block 2 -> Shared Supplier 2

Common Documents -> shared with Supplier 1 + 2

We equipped the Suppliers with respective roles, i.e. Supplier1: VPLMViewer.Supplier1.0705, Supplier2: VPLMViewer.Supplier2.0705.

But when we shared the first level bookmark folder and the subfolder in the bookmark structure, each folder was visible to the other suppliers including the content.
