I am a new user of 3DEXPERIENCE and would like to clarify the responsibilities and access rights of the CHG (Change Manager) and CSV (Collaborative Supply/Industry Innovator) roles.

My understanding is that the CHG role is mainly responsible for defining the change process, creating the change template, and managing the Route/approval process.

At the same time, can a user with only the CSV role create and submit a Change Request, or does the engineer who initiates the Change Request also need to have the CHG role?

Could someone please clarify:

1. Who is authorized to create a Change Request?
2. Which activities specifically require the CHG role?
3. Can an engineer with a CSV role create and initiate a Change Request without CHG?
4. Is there any official Dassault Systèmes documentation that clearly explains the authority and responsibilities of these roles?

I would appreciate any guidance or official documentation that explains the role responsibilities in a clear and practical way.
