We have multiple situations where same child parts are added in multiple CA's and We have come across issues with completion of change actions due to a circular relation between child parts in assemblies within change actions.

I was planning to use CO and meger these CA's so I demoted these CAs back to Draft from the In Approval state, having ignored the realized changes. My expectation was that I should be able to add these CAs into a CO and then merge it, but it throws an error: "Change Actions with Realized Changes cannot be merged." The reality is that I have already ignored those realized changes, and I see nothing in the Realized Changes tab of my CAs.

When I look at the Relations app, it still shows links to the realized change that the part is no longer in. Is this normal system behavior, or is it an issue with 3DX? Could this be the reason I am unable to merge the Change Actions within a Change Order?
