Hi all,

     I would like to gather some Best Practice topic ideas revolve around Change Management process.  Is there any particular area within the Change Management process that you would like to have a Best Practice for?  I would greatly appreciate any comment around this.  The BP is not meant to be a step-by-step training, but rather it is a process guide on how best to achieve that topic.  I'm currently working on two BPs and looking for more topics.  One is how to get approval for a Change Request, and the other is how to fix mistakes when Working Under Change Action with Configured Structure.
