Since the update to 2024x, I can no longer open the CATIA V5 Launcher. Despite changing the variable, CATIA V5 starts without a launcher for selecting the installed versions.

What must be done, to activate the Launcher again?

The xml-file was not created by starting CATIA V5 via CATIA V5 Add-in.
