Create an Issue

I start by using 3D Markup to create an issue.

• Open 3D Markup
• Add annotations or notes
• Save as a new issue

Resolve with Change Action

After the issue is created, I use a Change Action to resolve it.

• Link the issue to a Change Action
• Begin working under the Change Action

Edit and Save

I make the necessary modifications in 3DEXPERIENCE and save my work.

• Apply design changes
• Save the updated object

Promote to Frozen

Next, I try to change the maturity state to Frozen in order to approve the Change Action.

• Open Collaborative Lifecycle
• Select Promote → Frozen

Error Message

At this step, the system shows an error preventing the maturity change.

• Error: User does not have necessary privileges or selected object is not in correct maturity state for this operation

I want to ask for explanation and guidance on how to fix the issue.

• Why does this error occur?
