Hello,

we’re facing some problems on bookmark permissions. Can the user edit a shared physical product through bookmark in a Collaborative Space where he has no access?
We expected that the user can promote the physical product maturity state from “In Work” to “Frozen”, because the physical product in the bookmark has been shared with him, although the physical product is in a Collaborative Space where the user has NO access, but he can’t promote the object maturity state.

In detail, the user:
• Is Owner of the bookmark root, that he has created from “Collaboration and Approvals” app
• Is Leader & Owner of the Collaborative Space “CollabSpace ONE” where the bookmark is
• Has NO access to Collaborative Space “CollabSpace TWO”, where the physical product is
• Has “Can Edit” permission on the physical product in the bookmark.

Why can't the user edit the physical product? Do you have any suggestions?
