Alternatives for Business Process Design in 3DEXPERIENCE 2024x FD06 On-Premise

We are currently exploring ways to design and manage business process workflows directly inside our 3DEXPERIENCE 2024x FD06 On-Premise environment.

So far, we’ve been using Microsoft Visio to create workflow diagrams (e.g., for change processes, approvals, or release flows), but we now want to centralize this effort inside the PLM system to ensure better traceability, governance, and integration with our product data.

During our research, we came across the Business Process Management (BPM) role/license, but unfortunately, we found that this module is only available in the 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud environment, not supported in our on-premise version.

Are there any alternatives for business process design or workflow visualization in 3DEXPERIENCE On-Premise (2024x)?

Specifically:

-Can we leverage tools like Functional & Logical Design (FLD) for business process modeling?

-Are there any ENOVIA roles or other apps that support workflow definition, visualization, or process mapping (e.g., similar to BPMN)?

-Is there a recommended methodology or workaround for creating semi-formal business process flows?

Exporting from Visio and attaching as documentation isn’t dynamic or traceable.
