We have newly installed 3DX 2021x on Windows embedded TOMEE  option.

Using admin_platform able to login successfully but newly created TEST users unable login CAS Server.NO CAS server able to login successfully.

This issue happening only CAS server.

UserName:TestPrdMgr1

3DSpace and 3dpassport created same case.

We have created user using VPLMPOSImport.bat script

During Passport Installation we have selected below option

Force Lower Case: Checked

getting below issue

Please advise us any one have idea related this issue.
