Good Afternoon All

I am excited to share that we have finally gone live with 24xFP02 with our first business process. We are an old MatrixOne customer and still use it today. We have created all of our SOPs as WIKI pages for users to reference which has been well received. I would now like to create a survey for all users to complete in reference to their thoughts on the 3DX platform and training that they attended. Before I begin trying to document all the questions, I was curious if anyone has done this and would be willing to share the list of questions that were asked? I appreciate your responses and assistance with this request.
