We have a customer who implemented 3DEXPERIENCE R2017x FP1729 and they have recently upgraded all their client PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Ever since the upgrade has been done, they are facing constant 3DEXPERIENCE Navigator crashes and extremely slow response to check-in new SolidWorks parts, assemblies and drawings.
Below are some issues:
Navigator crashes when open notepad while C\\3DEXPERIENCE is opened. If vice versa then fine.
Navigator crashes when copy paste random files while C:\\3DEXPERIENCE is opened.
Navigator crashes when copy paste files within C:\\3DEXPEREINCE
Check-in new parts are taking them at least 5 minutes and new assembly takes almost 3 hours.
Is anyone able to shed some light on what is the possible root cause for these issues?
