I tryed quite a few different things but I cannot get the 3D experience to open in my browser (Egde).

 So I can get the update you know it's yelling at me that it needs an update but I can't it won't open the web page.

It used to but now it doesn't any help would be good.

Will not open in chrome either.

Support won't help because they think it's an I.T problem.

Has anyone else had this issue.
