Hi everyone,

I will be helping a customer upgrade from 20x to 23x and will be helping them understand the differences in Change Governance between 3DX releases. Looking for any help/documentation that could guide me in the right direction. Currently I am referring to MyOffer and PDIR but it may be a lengthy process and the customer is on a tight schedule.
