Just "upgraded" to the latest version V1R1.3. Running on Windows7 32-bit. Zoom and pan impossibly slow. Simple single pan takes 6 seconds. Totally unusable. AutoCAD runs fine on this computer.

Also have Linux version running on OpenSUSE (different computer). Draftsight version 11.2.705. Zoom and pan OK. Don't want to upgrade this!
