I have a Reference (Xref) Tiff file that I've drawn all over.  The Xref shows up on the Print Preview, but the only thing that actually prints are the lines I've drawn on top of it.

No, it wasn't inserted on the defpoints layer.  Yes, the layer is setup to print.

What gives?
