I'm getting this 

 "Xml error: error occurred while parsing element, line = 1, column = 1 while loading C:/Users/MY NAME/AppData/Roamin/Draftsight/11.2.501/UI/english/application.xml"

whenever I try to open DraftSight. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice, looked for "c:/users/user/appdata/roaming/draftsight/11.2.001/ul/english/application.xml" and been unable to find it. this program has worked great for a long time and now it won't open. Please help. Thanks
