My initial issue is below:

I have downloaded and used Draftsight about 2 weeks ago, then last week I attempted to open program for drawing edits. Program had crashed. I uninstalled, re downloaded, attempted rebooting computer. The error code I have is "Xml error: unexpected end of file, line = 2867, column = 1 while loading C:/Users/ " etc... Anyone have any thoughts about getting this issue resolved? I am dead in the water here.

Now here's the latest issue:.. The reply from The DraftSight Support Team referenced an issue from 2011. I am using 2017. Does anyone have any sort of information regarding the original Xml error??
