Hello! I got trouble after upgrade to Draftsight2019(SP2) because of quitting free license.

After I installed DraftSight2019SP2 and activated Professional license.

Then I found I can't control anything View port with customer drawing(DWG) though before yesterday I had no trouble at all with DraftSight2017(free license)

Anyone's advise where should I check are highly appreciated!

*Detail situation

To separate problem,

- I made new project. (No problem)

- I move mouse and try to select by square area (No problem)

- I draw square at draw area, then when I crick at the end point of making square, screen freeze.

- I made new project. (No problem)

- I made poly-line (finally no problem, 1 quit 6 paths)

- to select poly-line, I move mouse cursor, then screen freeze.

Issue RefreshAll command, then nothing are changed at all (still screen freeze)

- Under both trial, Draftsight works well except drawing window, even printing. (customer drawing can print properly, only I can't see on screen)

- freeze screen is only drawing area, other console, property window, menu, and others are fine.

Only I can't modify and see any drawing on screen.

- When mouse moving, coordinate is updating on status bar, when wheel rolling, property windows is updating.

When I execute blind operation (issue draw command on console), after print drawing, every command executes normally, only screen never change.

- My OS is Windows 10 x64 latest updated.

PC is Lenovo X240, Core-i7-4600U@2.1GHz, IntelHD graphics 4400, DirectX 12.0 OpenGL 4.3, Memory 8GB.
