I have the DraftSighht 64-bit version V1R4 installed in Windows8 Pro, and all is OK

(Thank You, only if I install the latest AMD display driver).

(The Windows8 Pro is installed in a notebook HP Pavilion  dv6 with 1366x768 ATI Mobilty Radeon HD 4500)

Then, I installed windows 8.1 update and not seen again nothing

(of course I tried to reinstall the AMD display driver, and nothing happens)

You can solve this problem?
