I wrote before but lost the link to the message.

I have a dell Inspiron 15R laptop 4 mo. old.

I installed DraftSight free version in October(32 & 64 combined) This works fine.

A nearly identical computer was able to update to DraftSight  64 version. The identical system began to crash frequently a week ago and now fails to install as mine does.

Mine fails after install. Crashes after I click finish and the interface opens both with and without AVG security enabled. I have sent crash reports.

I saw advice to verify install of all win updates. I did this and now all are installed. about 12 had failed. Removed old DraftSight version and installed newest  64 version and failed again.

Any ideas?
