WHY WILL DRAFTSIGHT NOT REACTIVATE?

When I try to reactivate Draftsight, which has stopped working, I get a message which says "Unable to reach the license activation web site. Please either enable internet access and press Retry or press Cancel and select 'Manually via e-mail'." When I send the e-mail request I get exactly the same message back via e-mail! I am stuck in a loop with no way to contact anyone to sort this mess out. Please e-mail a response ASAP.
