I'm a Solidwork user and one of my needs is to share the`''slddrw'' format with co-worker that don't have a Solidwork license. I used to save my drawings in ''dwg'' but I have some bug with it. The major difficulties is that those ''dwg'' won't update, like ''slddrw'' if I make modification on my original 3D parts. If DraftSight would open those ''slddrw'' it can solved my problems. After all ''slddrw'' are 2D drawings generated by Soildwork witch is a Dassault product, compatibility should exist.
