Its as if someone has set out to create the most awkward user interface with the maximum possible broken functionality they can. Seriously guys, when it comes to help forums, we want answers. Not flash loading screens. Not strange layouts and hidden buttons. Don't force me to add tags. We just want to get in and get out. We aren't here to make facebook friends with each other.
