This morning, when I started a new dwg file. I attached a pdf, scaled it and now I want to add layers. It won't let me. I click on layer manger, nothing happens. I click again and get a tone like it is waiting for a dialogue box to be closed, but there is nothing visible, nothing happens. I escape out. I tried typing the layer command, nothing happens.
