Where is DraftSight Professional support, updates, service packs, etc.

 

I have purchased DraftSight Professional on 16th of September, but I still not received an access to SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal, manuals, updates, service packs and all other stuff for commercial, registered DraftSight Professional user.

 

1)    How can I login to SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal?

2)    Where can I find the latest version of DraftSight Professional to upgrade my current version V1R5.2 x64

3)    Where service packs are available ?

4)      Where is your support???

5)      What is your support phone number and e-mail???

6)      What additional stuff for commercial user should I receive?

I should receive all essential information after the software purchase.

I tried to register on http://www.solidworks.com/customerportal portal using my DraftSight Professional serial number,  but I get an error: “The serial # entered is not valid, please try again.”.
