I've been under the impression that the startup.lsp should run only when the DraftSight program is started.  What I'm seeing is that it runs every time a new drawing is opened.  Is there a comparable acad.lsp (runs at startup) option in DraftSight or is it supposed to work like acaddoc.lsp (runs with each new drawing)?
