so, from the first time, AND after uninstalling and re-downloading this program, when i open it, it give me the screen below. which is a partial mirror-image youtube video screen.

 what gives here?

 computer is an HP pavillion, plenty of memory, had no youtube stuff running at the time.. nothing playing..

 any insight would be appreicated
