V1R5.0/V1R5.1 cannot open file if file name or folder with Chinese. 

Error Message is "Cannot open the specified drawing file. Verify that the file exists." 

My OS is Linux Mint 16 & Linux Mint 15.

But V1R4.0 can open file if file name or folder with Chinese.

Please fix these bugs!
