Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced a pan updating issue with V1R3 x64. Since upgrading to V1R3, my display does not update/refresh/rebuild after a pan. For instance before the pan the display would look like:

then after panning the drawing the display would look like:

 I've updated the graphic card with the current driver (Windows 7 NVidia Quadro 1000M), yet this did not resolve the issue.Zooming works fine. Just panning the image around does not automaticallty refresh or rebuild the display image. I can select Rebuild All and the drawing will be correctly repainted to the display. V1R2 and prior did not have this behavior. If anyone else has run into this issue or if you have a suggestion on what to try next, I'll all ears!
