I want to use draft sight for drawing a simple map of buried water lines.

Are there any prefab blocks available for use in draftsight. like a house?

what is the best way to set up a scale for a 2500 ft. x 2500 ft. area?

also what is the best way to draw water lines, just create custom linestyles. like for 4" sch 40  pipe a line with continuous 4Sch40 written on it?
