Windows 7 32-bit

All settings were restored from 1.4 except the toolboxes in the Tool Matrix.  These appeared checked but were not visable in the Tool Matrix panel.  When unchecked and re-checked again they are fine and are saved when DS is restarted...

... so this is minor

All settings were restored from 1.4 except the toolboxes in the Tool Matrix.  These appeared checked but were not visable in the Tool Matrix panel.  When unchecked and re-checked again they show up again UNTIL DS is restarted... then they are lost again.

Problem tool matrix is practically unusable since it needs to be reset every time
