Can anyone answer why my SPLITDIMENSION command stopped working with a fresh install of Draftsight 2022 SP4 x64?

Doesn't matter if I select the command from the menu or enter the alias "DIMBREAK", I get the same message - "Unrecognized command SPLITDIMENSION. Press F1 for help."
