It looks like the units on my software won't change from inches to any other units.

I tried changing the Block Units Format from "inches" to "millimeters" and nothing is happening.

I first noticed this when I scaled a viewport and the scale did not look right compared to the page itself.
I was able to verify this by putting dimensions on my A4 layout sheet. If this was in mm, it should read around 297 but it is showing around 11.7 (which is A4's equivalent for inches).

Hoping someone could help me because this is getting frustrating :(
