I have just downloaded the trial of Draftsight 2019 and as soon as it had finished installing an information window appeared – see below, advising that my trial had expired.

I was looking to load a DWG onto my laptop to discuss it with a customer tomorrow.

All I have done is follow the instructions to install the programme but cannot access it – WHY?? I have only used the free 2018 version previously as I do not need the programme on a daily or even weekly basis, I understand that you have moved to a paid version but I would like to try it before I purchase it.

Please advise by return.
