Hello there.  I am using an Acer computer with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 2020M (64-bit Operating System) and running Windows 8.1 (2013).  I was able to use the free 30 day trial several times upon downloading it, but now (still within my 30 day trial period), I cannot seem to open DraftSight.  I am getting the following error message "Xml error: error occurred while parsing element, line = 1, column = 1 while loading C:/Users/MY NAME/AppData/Roamin/Draftsight/11.1.501/UI/english/application.xml".

Please note I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it hasn't corrected the issue.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?  Much appreciated.
