I am completely unable to install the new version on my Windows lenovo 64 bit laptop, nothing happens at all - having uninstalled the old version which also crashed  I now can not install the hot fix or the new version

Unable to use program  - very sad!

managed to fix by rolling back to earlier time installing updated version and it now worksOK
