I am unable to insert a new title block into the drawing. I get the message:

    "Unable to Insert. Drawing contains a Block with the same name as the file."

I have removed the block with the same name using the "CLEAN" command.

when I attemt to "INSERT: BLOCK: BROWSE" to select the block I get the above error.
