Just bought a draftsight license.

Unable to activate it on the new device. The licence ends obviously on 2025 but is expired... This is what DS says.

Unable to manage licences from outside draftsight (eg : lic manager, user account)

Unable to contact support ---> the form returns an error.

Seriously guys, i hope you don't build planes...

Please could someone from draftsight handle this request or should i ask for a refund ?
