Hi, I have just purchased a copy of Draft Sight Pro for a colleague of mine. I have downloaded from the link sent to me and I have added the code that came with the purchase. But when I come to register it, it comes back with an error message “Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to DraftSight 2020” How can that be, since I have just purchased it.
