Anybody know how to turn ON the zoom to text feature that seemed to be in the older 2016 versions?

I found this Question from Oct-2018, but couldn't respond: "Turn off automatic zooming when editing text in draftsight".

I actually liked this feature and can't see where to turn it on, or if it can be turned on, in the new DSP 2020.
