Hello, I've recently encountered a bug that is affecting my work. I have tried to submit the bug via DraftSight's Support Request Form, and I get the "Request Submitted" page, but I'm not receiving a confirmation email, nor am I seeing the ticket appear on the 3DSupport page. 

The attached files shows the bug in I'm trying to report. Some of the attachments mentioned in the txt file have been left out here.
